Existential Question: Does Texas have more wildflowers than fences?

Answer: Maybe.

Observation: If so, I am grateful.

It’s on dreary, gray winter days that we turn our attention to the harbingers of more colorful times, waiting for their first appearance to alert us to spring’s arrival. Sure, it will be a few more months until the reliable Texas favorites bloom. But don’t you welcome reminders of happiness to come on somber days? And when the first wildflowers do begin to pop, you can report sightings at Wild About TexasHERE.

When I’m traveling around Texas, I’m frequently shooting whatever nature yields. See more photographs HERE.
