Serenity takes many forms. But for me, there is no scene more serene than the quiet one I’ll find along the Gulf shore at day’s end. ♣

    1. Good of you to say so, Stacy. Why not this composition? I’ll admit to going horizontal whenever I’m shooting a landscape scene, but that is a bit of a challenge when the moon’s risen too high . . .

      1. I do tend to shoot horizontally most of the time too. What I meant about the composition is having the horizon being so low in the frame. I realized it was likely driven by exactly what you said – the position of the moon – but it works beautifully. I tend to do the expected 1/3. This has opened my eyes to new possibilities 🙂
