While We’re On The Subject Of Details…
Life is lived in the details, so your camera must always be ready to be your eyes.
But it helps to be ready at the right time. Here’s how.
1. When the light is right, it’s time. That could mean strong shadows at high noon, or late afternoon sun creating graphic shadows, or in shady low-contrast light to capture fine details.
2. When the color pops, it’s time. That means isolating a bold color from the neutral tones around it.
3. When the details are hidden, it’s time. Oh they’re there, all right, you just have to take time to smell the roses. Or in this case, get off your bike to look closely at the poppies.
Look what you can see when you use your camera lens as your eyes. So many details awaiting discovery. ♣
